While making long distance journey in plane, Jet Lag is a great factor…isn’t it? Each one of us has to face this problem. We are messed up by our body clock….fill tired…a dizziness surrounds us for some time….our body does not responds to our wishes…etc.

Well, here am going to tell you some helpful points that may assist you to fight jet lag--which is one of the latest standing scourges of the long-distance traveler.




DRINK:

During your travel, consume plenty of fluids but stay away from alcohol. Instead, you can try carrot juices while on board because it is said that carrots have high level of carotene encourage cells in the body which helps on to hold the level of oxygen for longer times. With 25 percent less oxygen in the cabin than at the sea level, drinking healthily may indeed make you a happier traveler


FOOD:

To ease your jet lag, try to eat before you board in plane or if you have to fuel up while you fly then you should eat early. COMFORT OVER STYLE:
